An English Country Walk
One of my favourite walks is only minutes from where I live. An english country walk is right up there with my favourite activities, and this is a simple walk that takes you behind the village looking back towards the houses. Sometimes it’s a little wet, sometimes it’s frosty, occasionally it’s even hot! It’s always beautiful and it always makes me feel better. I’ve painted this scene in a few different materials, this one is a multimedia on canvas, with tissue paper and acrylic.
The ‘Places I Love’ series.
The ‘Places I Love’ series is about capturing and sharing a joyful experience of a special moment in time through colourful art and design. A walk in the park, a day in the country, walking the dog – all moments that can pass you by if you don’t stop and look. I like to re-interpret the place and the people, to reflect the experience in the moment. I enhance the joy, the light, the colours – until I feel I am there once again. The art is a unique and colourful story that draws you in to a time and a place that feels joyful and reminiscent.

Printed on 310gsm Fine Art smooth cotton rag paper.
Using archival ink, all have a lightfastness under glass and away from direct sunlight of greater than 200 years.

Packaging
Your print will arrive safely with protective packaging.
A5, A4 and A3 prints will be packaged in a cello bag with a thick piece of board. They will be posted flat in a recyclable cardboard envelope to avoid creasing.
All artwork is made to order and not kept in stock. Orders take up to 10 -14 working days to be made and despatched.
