The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.
Artwork and Prints
Every effort is made to accurately display colours and details of artwork and prints.
Due to variations in screen settings, colours may vary slightly from those displayed online.
Pricing
All prices are shown in [GBP/AUD] and are subject to change without notice.
Orders and Payment
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage.
For original artwork and limited-edition prints, returns may only be accepted where required by law or agreed in writing.
Custom commissions are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Commissions
Commission projects will be subject to separate written agreements covering scope, timing, pricing, and approval stages.
