Bourton on the Water - Fine Art Print

Bourton-on-the-Water is one of the Cotswolds' best-loved villages, with the River Windrush winding through its centre, little stone bridges and beautiful honey-coloured buildings. It's the sort of place that invites you to wander, explore and take your time. I've loved visiting the Cotswolds since childhood, when I first explored the area with my mum and dad. Those early visits left me with precious memories, and Dad even painted his own picture of Bourton-on-the-Water, which hangs on my wall.

In my own painting, I've reimagined the village through vibrant colour, texture and detail, capturing something of its character and the feeling of spending time there. Rather than simply reproducing a view, I want to bring a little of the experience to life — the atmosphere, the details that catch your eye and the pleasure of discovering somewhere special.

Inspired by my love of the Cotswolds and its many places worth exploring, this print is a colourful reminder of a village to revisit, a day to remember and a little escape not far from home.

A walk in the park, a day in the country, walking the dog - all moments that can pass you by if you don’t stop and look. I like to re-interpret the place and the people, to reflect the experience in the moment. I enhance the joy, the light, the colours - until I feel I am there once again. Packaging

Your print will arrive safely with protective packaging.
Prints will be packaged in a cello bag with a thick piece of board. They will be posted flat in a recyclable cardboard envelope to avoid creasing.

All artwork is made to order and not kept in stock. Orders take up to 10 -14 working days to be made and dispatched.
